ITALIAN MICROMUSIC 4 JAPAN

Earthquakes shock people even from miles away. Especially if they cause tsunamis which wreak havoc by deleting cities from the map and consequently causing major nuclear failures. Sounds like the plot of a cheap anime doesn't it? Unfortunately it's how things really went! As they felt the wave coming from Japan, a group of Italian musicians specialized in Micromusic decided to team up and do something for the beloved motherland of their childhood dreams: a compilation of finely crafted chiptune and experimental electronica to help Japan and keep listeners aware of the dangers of nuclear power plants - even when the TV forgets or (decides to forget) to tell them. The album is free to listen, download and share, but do not forget to leave a donation to the Japanese Red Cross! JAPAN STILL NEEDS YOUR HELP! DONATE NOW!

1 SECOND CHIP COMP

Originally proposed on www.8bc.org as a parody of a compilation of one minute tracks, more contributions later solicited on various other chiptune and noise forums.

MY PLASTIC HEART

compilation by complete with surface noise chipmusic netlabel.

TONE WARS VOL. 1- VL-TONE

The point of this compilation was to have fun. Some of the songs sound so different that you wouldn't believe it was originally from the VL-1 to begin with. It truly shows how amazing this one little keyboard/calculator is. It was a classic from the 80's and We really felt this compilation had to be done. It is of course not the extent of what can be done with a Casio VL-Tone, and we encourage anyone and everyone to pick one up. It's a powerful little device that we're sure the designers never thought would be held with such high regard.
